22. A medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist shall refrain from receiving any gratuity, rebate or commission relating to the practice of his profession other than customary tokens of appreciation or gifts of small value. No medical imaging technologist, radiation oncology technologist or medical electrophysiology technologist may pay, offer to pay or undertake to pay such gratuity, rebate or commission.
